The Preferred Tikka T3 / T3x Lite Hybrid 80% Prefit Barrel gives you the fit and customization of a custom Tikka barrel without the traditional custom-barrel lead time.

These barrels are about 80% complete and kept in stock, so you can choose the chamber, twist, length, fluting, and Cerakote options to your specifications. Each barrel is manufactured from a Preferred Barrel Blank, hand-lapped, and finished using the same tooling and processes as our full custom barrels.

The Lite Hybrid contour is designed specifically for lightweight hunting and precision rifle builds and fits factory Tikka Lite barrel channels without requiring the stock to be opened up.

Most in-stock barrels force you to choose from a finished configuration. Fully custom barrels give you more control, but require a longer production lead time.

We keep the most popular Tikka barrel blanks partially completed and ready for final machining. You still choose the chamber, twist rate, barrel length, fluting, Cerakote, and installation options, but much of the manufacturing work has already been completed.
