Preferred Rifles Bedrock 25 Creedmoor – NRL Hunter Competition Rifle

Built specifically for NRL Hunter competition, this Preferred Rifles Bedrock 25 Creedmoor combines premium components into a lightweight, precision-focused rifle. Featuring our 26″ Comp Carbon barrel, Bedrock action, and Manners Sport Comp stock, this configuration is designed to balance barrel rigidity, shooting stability, and overall weight.

At just 8 lbs 9 oz with the magazine, this rifle leaves plenty of room for optics and accessories while staying within the 12-pound NRL Hunter Open Light weight limit.

Preferred Rifles Bedrock Action

The Preferred Rifles Bedrock is our premium competition-oriented bolt action, featuring an integral recoil lug and 20 MOA Picatinny rail machined directly into the receiver. Its 83-degree bolt lift, DLC-coated fluted bolt, Mini M16-style extractor, and plunger ejector provide smooth, reliable operation.

Built around the Remington 700 footprint, the Bedrock combines premium features with the precision and consistency demanded by competitive shooters.

Preferred Barrel Blanks 26″ Comp Carbon Barrel

Our 26″ Preferred Comp Carbon barrel was developed for competitive shooters who want the rigidity of a substantial barrel profile without the weight of an equivalent stainless steel barrel.

Featuring a 1″ muzzle diameter, the Comp Carbon contour fits an M24 barrel channel and is designed to provide consistent performance throughout demanding shooting stages.

Chambered in SAAMI-specification 25 Creedmoor, this barrel features a 1:7.5″ twist rate suited for modern, heavy-for-caliber .257 projectiles. The 26″ length complements the cartridge’s long-range capabilities, while 5/8-24 muzzle threads accommodate compatible muzzle devices.

Manners Sport Comp Stock – High Plains Camo

The Manners Sport Comp combines lightweight construction with competition-oriented ergonomics. Finished in High Plains Camo, this stock features a mini chassis system and an M24 barrel channel that accommodates our Comp Carbon profile.

Its lightweight design helps keep the rifle within NRL Hunter weight requirements while providing a stable platform for positional shooting.

TriggerTech Rough Diamond & Hawkins M5 Bottom Metal

A TriggerTech Rough Diamond trigger provides a crisp, consistent trigger break suited for precision shooting. The Hawkins M5 bottom metal completes the build with a detachable magazine system in a streamlined configuration.
